Continuing their 2018 season, Theater RED revisits the 19th century's most cherished Shakespearean actor, Edwin Booth, for another Milwaukee premiere. Written and directed by Angela Iannone, and featuring Theater RED alumni and Chicago-based actor and playwright Jared McDaris, 'This Prison Where I Live' marks the second collaboration between Theater RED and Iannone as a playwright and director, after 2015's critically acclaimed The Seeds of Banquo.

Milwaukee Repertory Theater announces the return of the popular One Day Sale for the hit adaptation of the holiday favorite A Christmas Carol on Monday, July 23. 

Milwaukee Repertory Theater presents the World Premiere production of Lost Girl by Kimberly Belflower performed by the 2017/18 Professional Training Institute (PTI) ensemble this July 19-22, 2018 in the Stiemke Studio.  PTI is an advanced actor-training program for students in 8th-12th grade who may have an interest in pursuing a career as a professional theater artist.   The 2017/18 PTI ensemble features sixteen students hailing from fourteen different high schools who received free training from some of the top theater professionals in the world, culminating in this capstone performance  of Lost Girl where they will be employed as paid, professional actors.

The Milwaukee Rep boasts the second-longest-running professional production of the Charles Dickens classic in the country, and given the magnificent caliber of its set and costume design, stage direction, original score, veteran actors, and touch of Panto-style (interactive) theater, this is one 'Carol' that will undoubtedly continue to be sung for decades to come.

A Christmas Carol cast features Milwaukee Rep favorite Jonathan Wainwright (Of Mice of Men, A Christmas Carol), reprising his role as Scrooge, portraying one of Dicken's most recognizable characters.

Queens-based Titan Theatre Company kicked off the first production of its 2017/18 season with the opening of its highly anticipated RICHARD III. The production, which stars Titan Company Member Lloyd Mulvey in the title role will run through October 29th at the Queens Theatre, the borough's premier performing arts venue, located in beautiful Flushing Meadows Park. The award-winning Titan Theatre Company announced today the cast and creative team for its upcoming production of Shakespeare's tragedy RICHARD III, directed by Edward Morgan. RICHARD III will play a three-week limited engagement at Titan's home at Queens Theatre.

Milwaukee Repertory Theater is pleased to announce the 2017/18 Professional Training Institute (PTI) ensemble, an advanced actor training program for students in 8th-12th grade who may have an interest in pursuing a career as a professional theater artist.   The 2017/18 PTI ensemble includes Elliott Brotherhood, Juliana Garcia-Malacara-Flynn, Lindsay Gleason, Durran Goodwin Jr., Kamani Graham, Meguire Hennes, Nathan Kabara, Maricella Kessenich, Logan Muñoz, Bradley Nowacek, Reese Parish, Dominic Schiro, Payton Elizabeth Stovall, Kenyon Terrell, Saleaqua Winston, and Mainyia Xiong.  These sixteen students hailing from fourteen different high schools will receive free training from some of the top theater professionals in the world, culminating in a capstone summer performance where they will be employed as paid, professional actors.
