A new group of entertainment professionals in the categories of Motion Pictures, Television, Live TheatreLive Performance, Recording and Radio have been selected to receive stars on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, the full list was announced today, June 20, 2019 at 12:30 P.M. by the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce's Walk of Fame Selection Committee. The newest honorees were chosen from hundreds of nominations at a selection committee meeting held in June and will be ratified by the Hollywood Chamber's Board of Directors. Walk of Fameractresssinger Vanessa Williams, a committee member for the 2019-2020 Selection Committee, announced the new honorees with Rana Ghadban, President & CEO of the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce.

The full list of 2020 Walk of Fame honorees was announced by the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce's Walk of Fame Selection Committee today, according to Variety. Chosen from hundreds of nominees during a selection meeting in June, the newest inductees are all top performers in television, live theater, radio and film. Among the honorees is Billy Porter, Tony-winning Broadway actor, who is now known for starring in the hit FX series, Pose.

Last night, Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts honored iconic composer and lyricist Stephen Sondheim at its annual American Songbook gala. Celebrated director and frequent Sondheim collaborator Lonny Price directed the evening's centerpiece, Beautiful Girls, A Musical Tribute, which featured show-stopping Sondheim compositions that explore a variety of women's stories through music.
