The Broadway Center Stage production of In the Heights is coming soon to The John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts. Winner of four 2008 Tony Awards® including Best Musical and Best Score, In the Heights, Lin-Manuel Miranda's debut Broadway musical with a book by Pulitzer Prize winner Quiara Alegria Hudes, tells the universal story of a vibrant community in New York's Washington Heights neighborhood-a place where the coffee from the corner bodega is light and sweet, the windows are always open, and the breeze carries the rhythm of three generations of music. It's a community on the brink of change, full of hopes, dreams, and pressures, where the biggest struggles can be deciding which traditions you take with you and which ones you leave behind.

Ana Villafa e, star of Broadway's ON YOUR FEET!, will take on the lead female role in CBS's HISTORY OF THEM. The high-profile project is described as a multi-camera/hybrid comedy project from Gloria Calderon Kellett.

Deadline reports that Broadway's Ana Villafa e has been cast in a new CBS series titled HISTORY OF THEM. The series is helmed by executive producer and co-creator Gloria Calderon Kellett, best known for her writing work on HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER.

After 780 performances in New York (34 previews and 746 regular performances), the Broadway production of ON YOUR FEET! played its final performance at the Marquis Theatre yesterday, August 20, 2017, ahead of the show's 80-week First National Tour and International Premiere, both kicking off this fall.

Produced by and benefiting Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS, Broadway Bares: Strip U raised $1,568,114 in two performances on June 18, 2017, at New York City's Hammerstein Ballroom.
