The 3rd annual R.Evolucion Latina - Dance-A-Thon raised $26,250 after 6 weeks of fundraising. The culmination of the online fundraising campaign took place on October 24th where artists, RL campers and supporters came together to celebrate for 5 hours of energized dancing. Deaf West Theatre's acclaimed production of Steven Sater and Duncan Sheik's SPRING AWAKENING, directed by Michael Arden and choreographed by Spencer Liff, opened just last night, September 27, at Broadway's Brooks AtkinsonTheatre (256 West 47th Street). Gloria Estefan & Miami Sound Machine: A Benefit Concert for Viva Broadway took place last night, September 14th at the Minskoff Theatre, 200 West 45th Street in Manhattan. They returned to New York City to perform a special concert comprising their greatest hits including: 'Get On Your Feet,' 'Conga,' 'Rhythm is Gonna Get You,' 'Mi Tierra,' and more! They were even joined by the cast of Broadway-Bound ON YOUR FEET! and a special performance by Emily Estefan.
