Disney’s Aladdin will reopen on Broadway tonight at the New Amsterdam Theatre. New production photos are available, featuring the show’s new Aladdin and Jasmine, Michael Maliakel and Shoba Narayan, along with returning cast member Michael James Scott as Genie.
The Broadway cast of Aladdin began rehearsals this week for the company’s reopening later this month. As previously announced, Aladdin will resume performances on Tuesday, September 28 at the New Amsterdam Theatre.

On Monday, November 30 (8pm), ABC will present 'The Disney Holiday Singalong,' the third iteration in the ratings phenomenon franchise, with Ryan Seacrest returning to host the night of merry music and magic. Celebrity performances and appearances for the festive special include Andrea Bocelli, BTS, Michael Bublé, Ciara, Chloe X Halle, Derek Hough and Hayley Erbert, Julianne Hough, Adam Lambert, Leslie Odom Jr., Katy Perry, P!NK and Kerry Washington.

Disney's Aladdin will welcome Arielle Jacobs as Jasmine on Broadway beginning Tuesday, February 20, 2018. Jacobs originated the role in the Australian production in 2016 and is the sister of original Broadway star Adam Jacobs, currently leading the North American tour in the title role. Her previous Broadway credits include Wicked and In the Heights.
