The full company has been announced for the UK and Europe tour of the award-winning smash hit musical THE BODYGUARD. The production opens at Birmingham's Alexandra Theatre on Saturday 20 September 2025.

According to various reports, police were called to the Palace Theatre in Manchester after a fight broke out during a performance of Hamilton on Friday, November 24th.

Global Creatures, Producers of Moulin Rouge! The Musical, have announced a new cast of bohemians and aristocrats as the hit show enters its second year at the Piccadilly Theatre in London.

Full casting has now been revealed for Chess in concert at Theatre Royal Drury Lane, with an additional date now also revealed.

After selling out its previously announced performance in just 7 days, the hotly anticipated Chess the Musical in Concert will add an additional date to its chequerboard, on Tuesday 2 August, alongside the announcement of the further casting of Joel Harper-Jackson as Freddie (Cock, Kinky Boots), Frances Mayli McCann (Bonnie and Clyde, Our Ladies of Perpetual Succour) as Svetlana and Ako Mitchell (Caroline Or Change, The Colour Purple) as The Arbiter.

The Prince of Egypt has this week been filmed live at London's Dominion Theatre by Universal Pictures Content Group. Plans for its broadcast will be released at a later date. The live capture of Scott Schwartz's production is directed by Brett Sullivan and produced by Dione Orrom.

The Prince of Egypt has released all new production photos, featuring Oliver Lidert, who stars as ‘Jethro’ from tonight (Monday 18 October 2021), and Nardia Ruth who is now playing ‘Nefertari’.  

THE PRINCE OF EGYPT, based on the classic DreamWorks Animation film, will play its final performance at London’s Dominion Theatre on Saturday 8 January 2022, the end of its booking period. Extra shows have been added on 20, 21 and 28 December 2021 at 2.30pm.

Nardia Ruth will join the production as Nefertari from Friday 17 September 2021. Nardia is a 2021 graduate of London’s Royal Academy of Music and a Disney Theatrical Productions Scholar and an Ian Fleming Musical Theatre Award recipient. The role of Nefertari in The Prince of Egypt will mark Nardia’s professional and West End debut. 

The Prince of Egypt has once again been forced to cancel upcoming performances due to Government-enforced COVID-19 legislation. Performances through 7 August have been cancelled at this time.

Following the current temporary suspension of performances due to Government Track and Trace legislation, the production will play three socially distanced performances on Wednesday 21 July at 7.30pm and Thursday 22 July at 2.30pm and 7.30pm before gradually reverting to full capacity.

Ticket buyers will be contacted by their point of purchase via email, and will be offered the option to exchange their tickets or receive a refund or credit voucher. Learn more here!

The Prince of Egypt, the hit musical based on the classic DreamWorks Animation film, has announced the complete cast, orchestra and company of 154 who will lead the musical back into London's Dominion Theatre in 16 days, in accordance with UK Government Step 3 protocols (socially distanced audiences), as previously announced.  

THE PRINCE OF EGYPT, the new musical based on the DreamWorks Animation film, has announced that Ghostlight Records has released its original cast recording on CD online and in stores today, Friday, November 20.
