Dryden Theatre Announces Reopening on April 2

The Dryden Theatre has announced that it will reopen its doors on April 2, after shutting down in January 2020, first for construction, and then due to COVID-19.

Kaley Cuoco Will Play Doris Day in New Limited Series

Kaley Cuoco is set to star as Doris Day in a limited series based on A.E. Hotchner’s 1976 biography, “Doris Day: Her Own Story.” The project will be produced by Cuoco’s Yes, Norman Productions with Berlanti Productions and Warner Bros. Television.

State Theatre New Jersey Presents Movie Online Trivia Night

State Theatre New Jersey will present Movie Online Trivia Night on Wednesday, April 7 at 7pm, hosted by film critic Stephen Whitty. Proceeds raised support State Theatre’s Community Engagement programs. A minimum donation of $5 allows patrons to participate in the trivia challenge. 

Florida Repertory Theatre Offers Virtual Story Slam Taught by Mark Shanahan

Florida Repertory Theatre will offer a Virtual Story Slam class for adults 17 and up taught by Broadway actor and regional theatre director & playwright, Mark Shanahan. The virtual class meets Tuesday nights from 7 PM to 8:30 PM March 16 through April 6, and culminates with a Virtual Story Slam on April 10th at 4PM.

Antipodes Theatre Company has announced the final entry in their 2020 Ricochet Reading Series, Theresa Borg’s Dame & Commander. The virtual reading will be streamed live to the ATC Facebook Page on Monday 7th December at 7:00pm and remain available for one week.
