Ensemble Theatre Cincinnati Announces Double Bill of I SHALL NOT BE MOVED and YOUR NEGRO TOUR

Ensemble Theatre Cincinnati (ETC) will present two one-act productions with the newly commissioned world premiere of I Shall Not Be Moved followed by the return of Your Negro Tour Guide, which has been revamped since it last appeared on ETC’s stage in 2010.

In addition to Pipeline, ETC will present Cinderella, Queen, a double bill of I Shall Not Be Moved and Your Negro Tour Guide, and Tiny Beautiful Things.

Westport Country Playhouse's Family Festivities Series will present a?oeJudy Moody & Stink,a?? produced by ArtsPower National Touring Theatre, on Sunday, January 12, at 1 and 4 p.m. The show is based on the books 'Judy Moody Gets Famous' and 'Stink and the All-Time World's Worst Super-Stinky Sneakers' by Megan McDonald.  Performances are approximately one-hour in length, and appropriate for ages five and up.  Tickets are $20 each.

Poignant, comic and full of humanity, Talking Heads invites us into the hearts and minds of three peculiarly English ladies - Muriel in her tweed skirt and pearls in Soldiering On, the public-spirited Miss Ruddock in A Lady of Letters, and Susan, the long-suffering Vicar's wife in Bed Among The Lentils.

Four School Theatre Programs Honored By National Association

The Educational Theatre Association (EdTA) recognizes schools whose theatre programs exemplify and promote high standards of quality in educational theatre with the Outstanding School Award. This year only four schools in the nation were honored: James A. Garfield High School in Seattle, Washington; Leavenworth Senior High School in Leavenworth, Kansas; Lewis & Clark High School in Spokane, Washington; and Woodmont High School in Piedmont, South Carolina.

Initial details have been announced for the first ever Miami Beach Pop Festival, a three-day cultural experience celebrating music, food, and the vibrant Miami Beach environment. Watford Palace Theatre today announces full cast for Alan Ayckbourn's Absurd Person Singular. Joining the previously announced Terence Frisch (Sidney) and Jill McAusland (Jane) are Oliver Longstaff (Geoffrey), Emily Tucker (Eva), Sarah Quist (Marion) and Walter van Dyk (Ronald). The production, directed by Artistic Director and Chief Executive of Watford Palace Theatre, Brigid Larmour, opens on 12 March, with previews from 7 March and runs until 30 March.
