Independent producer, director and actor Adam Kern will present a production of KRAPP’S LAST TAPE, by Samuel Beckett. The Production will play at The Studio at 2+U, an 1,100 sq. ft. workshop and presentation space in downtown Seattle.

The March edition features excerpts from three exciting narratives that exemplify overcoming obstacles surrounding race, ability, and socio-economic backgrounds.

Actors Adam Kern and Jeffrey Willey have launched Pride Shades LLC, a small boutique e-commerce sunglasses company dedicated to making limited edition sunglasses for the LGBTQ Community and their allies. The company released their first pair on July 16th. They started the company as a way of raising funds for their wedding, originally scheduled for October 2020, now pushed back to October 2021 (due to Covid-19).

After successfully introducing immersive theater in the Cleveland market last summer with Shadow of the Run - Chapter 1: Wanderlust, and more recently with Railroaded: A Shadow of the Run Story, Co-Founders Beth McGee, Adam Kern, Christine Woods and Ben Needham are announcing a ZOOM Benefit Production called TORSO BOOK CLUB a?" A SHADOW OF THE RUN VIRTUAL STORY. Their follow up Chapter 2: Calloused, that was set to premiere this summer, has been postponed until the uncertainty of Covid-19 has been reduced. TORSO BOOK CLUB will run May 1st, 3rd, 4th, 6th, 8th and 10th.  

Following announcement of a sold-out opening week, immersive theatre experience Last Days of the Tsars has added an additional week of performances -- the world premiere of the Imperial Russia-set immersive show will now play through March 22nd at the Stimson-Green Mansion in Seattle.

After successfully introducing immersive theater in the Cleveland market earlier this year with Chapter 1: Wanderlust, Shadow of the Run LLC, Co-Founders Beth McGee, Adam Kern, Christine Woods and Ben Needham are announcing new plans to continue the innovation in 2020. Those plans include a limited January engagement a?oepop-upa?? production utilizing an alternate reality game, as well as a separate full production, Chapter 2: Calloused, that is set to premier in late 2020.

Shadow of the Run Chapter 1: WanderLust requires timed admission, and begins every 20 minutes starting at 6:00 pm with last admission at 10:00 pm. Each time slot is limited to 14 audience members.

On July 30, the A.R.T. Institute Alumni Association sent a letter to the leaders of the Institute criticizing Diane Paulus's 'little respect or interest in the program' and 'negligence in her duty to the Institute.'
