International and acclaimed Choir Director Chantel R. Wright releases new CD project on LeChateau Earl Records. The six-song EP, Chantel R. Wright Presents Pneumatica: All We Need was released on Friday, June 28th. Produced by Wright and group member Orson Benjamin, who co-wrote all the songs on the project, the EP features music by the new nine-piece vocal ensemble Pneumatica - an inspired youth-group off-shoot of her 60-member choir Songs of Solomon, also founded by Wright. All We Need is available on iTunes and Amazon, and other digital music platforms worldwide.

DANGUOLE SERSTINSKAJA of LITHUANIA took the Masterpiece for the one image winning in most categories, for 'Father Valery Rudzinskas Healing Stare,' a 20x28' oil on paper. Naïve artist LENA SKUGINNA of GERMANY received the Most Wins prize for 9 placements among the 50 categories.

South Mountain Creamery (SMC), Maryland's first on farm milk processing plant, is opening the first Maryland farmer-owned restaurant in downtown Frederick. Set to open in the spring of 2019, the restaurant will feature two distinct dining options - the South Mountain Creamery Ice Cream Shop and the Hometown Harvest Kitchen. Located at 50 Citizens Way, Suite 101, the new restaurant will feature indoor-outdoor seating for up to 200 people and create approximately 35 new part-time and full-time jobs in downtown Frederick.
