Shelby Young is "not your average ingenue" (DC Theater Arts), having been nominated for a WATCH Award (DC) for her performance as 'Anne Egerman' in A Little Night Music. Young has performed such roles as 'Johanna Barker' (Sweeney Todd), 'Rosa Bud/Deirdre Peregrine' (Mystery of Edwin Drood), 'Lady Caroline Neville' (Titanic), 'Countess Andrenyi' (Murder on the Orient Express), and recently made her professional debut as 'The Wicked Witch' and production Dance Captain in The Wizard of Oz.
