The Azrieli Foundation and Analekta have released New Jewish Music, Vol. 4 - Azrieli Music Prizes. This album features the world premiere recordings of prize-winning works by the 2022 Azrieli Music Prizes Laureates, performed by the Orchestre Métropolitain under the direction of Artistic Partner Nicolas Ellis.

The Azrieli Foundation launched its Azrieli Music, Arts and Culture Centre (AMACC) on September 14 at an event in Montréal.

The Azrieli Foundation will present its Azrieli Music Prizes (AMP) London Debut Concert at Cadogan Hall on October 15, 2023, at 6:30 PM featuring the European premieres of prize-winning works by the three 2022 AMP Laureates: Iman Habibi, Aharon Harlap and Rita Ueda.

'HEAVEN KNOWS,' a captivating production featuring book, music, and lyrics by Charles Bloom (known for his works 'Pablo' and 'Insomnia'), will have invitation-only debut readings on June 8th and 9th at 2pm. The venue for this exclusive event is Opera America's Scorca Hall in NYC.

The Call for Submissions is now open for all four prizes - The Azrieli Commission for Canadian Music, The Azrieli Commission for International Music (new in 2024), The Azrieli Commission for Jewish Music, and The Azrieli Prize for Jewish Music - with a focus on a cappella choral works.

Viewers from across 65 countries tuned in to the performance, which has gained more than 50,000 views as of November 9.

The Montreal Holocaust Museum, in collaboration with the Orchestre Métropolitain, present The Violins of Hope, a concert under the direction of the internationally-renowned Dutch conductor Vincent De Kort. Following select performances in Europe and the United States, the Violins of Hope will be played for the first time in Canada by musicians of the Orchestre Métropolitain at Maison symphonique de Montréal, Place des Arts on Saturday, November 2nd at 7:30 pm.
