​​​​​​​NEWSIES has announced a new booking period at London's Troubadour Wembley Park Theatre due to overwhelming demand and sold-out previews. NEWSIES will now run through to Sunday 16 April 2023.

The National Theatre has announced three new productions for 2023 and the revival of the critically acclaimed The Father and the Assassin. Chichester Festival Theatre welcomes their 60th Anniversary season with The Taxidermist’s Daughter, a gothic tale of revenge set across the Sussex marshes in 1912. Adapted from her best-selling novel, author Kate Mosse has transported her literary vision to the stage in the very heart of the town that she grew up in. The novel is oozing with narrative potential and moody landscape, but surprisingly Chichester’s adaptation felt underwhelming.

Theatre Royal Stratford East today announces the cast for Welcome to Iran, a new play written and directed by Artistic Director Nadia Fall and co-produced with the National Theatre. The production has its world premiere at Theatre Royal Stratford East between 18 April to 16 May before transferring to the National Theatre from 21 May to 13 June. The cast includes Moe Bar-El, Nalân Burgess, Souad Faress, Karina Fernandez, Nicholas Karimi, Serena Manteghi, Maimuna Memon, Isabella Nefar, Kareem Samara and Joplin Sibtain.
