Clare Burt is today announced to star as 'Sandra Bloom' alongside the previously announced Kelsey Grammer as 'Edward Bloom' in a new production of John August and Andrew Lippa's BIG FISH THE MUSICAL.

Broadway Records Releases BIG FISH Cast Recording Digitally Today

Broadway Records will release the original Broadway cast recording of the new musical BIG FISH digitally today, February 7, 2014 and everywhere music is sold on Tuesday, February 11, 2014. Directed by five-time Tony Award winner Susan Stroman (Contact, The Producers, The Scottsboro Boys), with music and lyrics by Grammy and Tony Award nominee Andrew Lippa (The Wild Party, The Addams Family), and a book by Grammy and BAFTA Award nominee John August (Frankenweenie, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory), BIG FISH begins performances on Thursday, September 5, 2013 and will open Sunday, October 6, 2013 at the Neil Simon Theatre. The Neil Simon Theatre box office (250 West 52 Street) will open today, August 8, and Mr. Softee will be on hand to celebrate, handing out free ice cream outside the theatre from 1pm-4pm in honor of the special day.

BIG FISH World Premiere Will Offer $29 Student Tickets, 4/2-5

BIG FISH, a new musical based on the novel by Daniel Wallace and the 2003 Columbia Pictures film written by John August, will offer $29 tickets to college students for its first four performances, April 2-5, 2013.
