BIO

Kyle Yampiro is a Long Island, NY native with a Doctor of Musical Arts degree from James Madison University working as an actor, singer, and freelance voice teacher in NYC. Most recently, he was seen as Wilbur Turnblad in HAIRSPRAY on Royal Caribbean’s Symphony of the Seas. NYC: Finding Madame Curie (Off-B'way), NY Gilbert & Sullivan Players, Choral Chameleon Ensemble. Regional: The REV, Argyle, Arizona Broadway Theatre, Springer Opera House (GA), The Winnipesaukee Playhouse (NH), Broward Stage Door Theatre (FL), The Ohio Light Opera, Thin Air Theatre Company (CO), Blue Gate Musicals, and more. Choral work includes backup choirs for Josh Groban and Andrea Bocelli (MSG), performances with the New York Philharmonic at Lincoln Center and the New York Pops at Carnegie Hall, and extensive church freelance work.
