Katherine is a filmmaker and producer in New York City. She holds a BFA with honors from NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts Film & Television Program, concentrating in film producing. Specifically, she has worked on and produced several acclaimed and award-winning short films both domestically and abroad.
Katherine's passion for film is rivaled only by her equal dedication to musical theater. In 2012 these worlds combined when her first TV Pilot The Devil's Bitch, a musical dark comedy, won Official Selection at the Friar's Club Comedy Film Festival, before being picked up by Playbill.com as a mini web-series. Her thesis film Tracing was funded by a concert she produced, POP: Visit's The 90's, featuring some of Broadway's favorite performers. Recently she produced 3 sold out concerts at 54 Below - a presentation of a new musical called Sweet Dreams, featuring the music of Air Supply, led by the band's Graham Russell and featuring many top Broadway performers, and Ellyn Marie Marsh's 2 solo shows. Katherine is currently in post production for a yet-to-be-named feature film she produced, starring Matthew Lawrence and Alexis Dziena.
When she’s not working on a wide variety of film projects, Katherine collaborates with members of the nyc theater community to produce concerts and short music videos.
