CBS News and Simon & Schuster announced a joint podcast/book project by popular CBS SUNDAY MORNING correspondent, humorist, and history buff Mo Rocca. Rocca's long love of obituaries has led him to Mobituaries, an irreverent but deeply researched appreciation of the people (and things) of the past who have long intrigued him—from an unsung Founding Father to the first Chinese-American superstar, from Neanderthals to the station wagon.

Watson's The Double Helix, annotated and illustrated by Alexander Gann and Jan Witkowski this November, to coincide with the 50th anniversary of James Watson, Francis Crick and Maurice Wilkins receiving the Nobel prize for identifying the structure of DNA. Publisher Jonathan Karp acquired North American and digital rights for the book from Amanda Urban of ICM.

Recently, her company, HUGE Improv Theater in Minneapolis held a fundraiser and one auction prize was a chance to perform with Bernard. The winner was DSI Comedy Theater Company Member Kit Fitzsimmons. This hilarious show will run Saturday, September 22 at 9 p.m. All shows take place at DSI Comedy Theater, 200 N. Greensboro Street, located in the Carr Mill Mall between Elmo's and Southern Rail. Tickets cost $12 and are available online: www.DSIcomedytheater.com.
