BIO
Joie Mitchell (they, them, theirs) is an actor, writer, singer-songwriter, and farmer. Recent credits include performances of their plays “Delicacies” and “Solarpunks” in the Chain Theatre's Festival and the Hantext Writing Festival, and acting in their solo show, “Plantasia,” and “A Third Space: The Trans Conversation Project” in the Joy Who Lived Festival and Hollywood Fringe Festival, respectively. Joie produces queer Black stories and climate conscious works in imagined futures.
