Pennsylvania Ballet's Artistic Director Angel Corella announced today the addition of six dancers to the company, including two newcomers and four former Pennsylvania Ballet II (PBII) dancers. Award-Winning Film SIDEWAYS to be Adapted into a Broadway Musical

Multiple award-winning Sideways author, Rex Pickett, has formed a joint venture with EFG-Renascence Productions to develop a Broadway musical based on his hit film, as well as utilize the intellectual property across multiple media platforms and brand extensions, it was jointly announced today by EFG-Renascence founder, Solomon J. Pennsylvania Ballet Promotes Ten Dancers For The 2018-2019 Season

Pennsylvania Ballet has announced the promotion of 10 dancers for the 2018-2019 season. Corps de Ballet members Aleksey Babayev, Albert Gordon, Yuka Iseda, Zecheng Liang, Nayara Lopes, and Jack Thomas have been promoted to Soloists. Apprentices Sydney Dolan, Federico D'Ortenzi, and Erin O'Dea have been promoted to Corps de Ballet. From Pennsylvania Ballet II, Flavia Morante joins the Company as an Apprentice.

Author Cynthia Waring to Lead Memoir Classes

Author and performance artist Cynthia Waring will teach two six-week courses on memoir writing beginning February 27. Titled "The Power and Healing of Writing Your Memoirs," the two-hour classes will take place at 7 pm Mondays and 3 pm Wednesdays (beginning March 1) at the Family Therapy Institute of Santa Barbara, 111 E.
