Hunter Folks is a young performer with experience in film, television, commercials, modeling, and musical theater. Hunter has appeared in the feature film Our Son as both a stand-in and body part performer, and was featured in the Empire State Building promotional short. Commercial credits include campaigns for the Sloomoo Institute, including holiday promotions.
On stage, Hunter has trained and performed extensively with Broadway Workshop, Kidz Theater, and TADA! Theater. Notable stage roles include Villager/Enchanted Object in Beauty and the Beast Jr., Little Kid Lottie in Matilda Jr., Sea Turtle, Reef Kid, and Seagull in Finding Nemo Jr., and Josefina in Junie B. Jones, The Musical Jr. Hunter also participated in Broadway Workshop’s Junior Main Stage program and multiple Junior Excel Intensive Programs.
In addition to theater, Hunter has modeling experience with brands such as Nike, French Toast, and Camp Kids Camp, and walked in the 2024 Golden Kids Runway during New York Fashion Week. Hunter is also a content creator, actively building an online presence across multiple social media platforms.
Hunter’s training includes improv, comedy, and audition technique for youth actors, with strong skills in acting, singing, swimming, bike riding, and drawing.
