Legendary Australian entertainer Patti Newton AM has had her name set in lights, after being presented with a Walk of Fame star at Adelaide Festival Centre yesterday. 

The CAPA Summer Movie Series, the longest-running classic film series in America, has announced the schedule for its 54th series of classic films and cult favorites. The 2023 series will run June 15-July 16 at the historic Ohio Theatre (39 E. State St.) and feature 19 films over five weeks.

Iconic Events Releasing, the fastest-growing name in event cinema, announced today that it is kicking off Pride Month with a special nationwide rerelease of MGM's classic film The Adventures of Priscilla, Queen of the Desert.

James Pratt, award-winning actor, director, and film-maker, found his love for making movies in the most unexpected of places: the Australian Outback. Pratt performed in the occasional play, but as was common in Australia for high school, the main emphasis for James was on surfing and sport. After completing his required education, he studied film acting at the National Institute of Dramatic Art (NIDA) in Kensington.
