Netflix and UN Women today launched “Because She Watched” - a special Netflix collection of series, documentaries, and films to celebrate International Women's Day. According to Coming Soon, the 11th season of The Walking Dead has officially been confirmed. Showrunner Angela Kang announced that it is expected to arrive in Fall 2020.

AMC released today a series of new images from the highly-anticipated season nine opener of “The Walking Dead,” premiering Sunday, October 7 at 9:00 p.m. ET/PT.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Jon Bernthal is set to return to THE WALKING DEAD for season 9. The news comes after Andrew Lincoln announced his exit from the AMC series a few weeks back. Bernthal is confirmed to return for an upcoming episode. He previously played cop Shane Walsh in the first and second season of the show. Read more about the news from The Hollywood Reporter here!
