Austin Colburn is a Houston actor and member of Actors Equity Association. He’s currently completing his BFA in Musical Theatre at Sam Houston State University. Regional: Spring Awakening (Otto), A Chorus Line (Swing), Jerome Robbins’ Broadway (Ensemble), and All Shook Up (Ensemble) at Theatre Under The Stars. University: Footloose (Ren McCormack) at Sam Houston State. Other Institutions: Newsies (Jack Kelly), Heathers (Jason “J.D.” Dean), American Idiot (Johnny).

The Garden Theatre is currently presenting ANN, a one-woman show highlighting the life of the prolific Texas governor, Ann Richards. Nora Hahn stars as Ann, and with her ability to play to the audience in such an intimate way yet still have the gravitas of a bold politician, Hahn was clearly the right choice.
