BIO
Aleah (they/she) is a Canadian born, Jamaican rooted, American singer, actor, and creator. They hold a B.F.A. from Samford University and an MFA in Acting from UTK.
Along with being a performer, Aleah has founded three other spaces, Hear Me Roar Theatre, Sanctuary Soul House, and R3 Creative Co as well as creating the new musical, MFAs: A Musical For Actors in School. Favorite roles include "Deloris” in Sister Act and "Judy Haynes" at Charleston Stage, and “Bunny” in Detroit '67 and “Dionne” in Hair at the Clarence Brown Theatre.
