Old Man Dancing at Dixon Place

Realizing some of his behaviors don’t demonstrate the ‘gracefully’ aging performer he would like to be, Herman imagines himself as an old man looking back over his life. This exercise reveals questions about the way he has viewed his life as well as passions that were abandoned in the past and left unfulfilled. Old Man Dancing is Herman’s investigation of the best he can imagine himself to be, confronting the worst within him and figuring out whether he can control and guide it to a more balanced expression.
