Please join us for EAG's Make A Difference Starry Night, celebrating the moments, people, and organizations that make a difference in a performer's career. We will gather for an exclusive garden party, followed by an intimate show with heartfelt songs and stories. All proceeds will go to EAG's charitable work, helping NYC performers in need with a variety of services including financial aid and food assistance. Featuring performances by Carlos Falú (Buena Vista Social Club, Illinoise, Stephen Spielberg’s West Side Story), Kolton Krouse (Cats, Bob Fosse's Dancin', Death Becomes Her), Tony Award-winner Baayork Lee (A Chorus Line, Flower Drum Song, The King and I), Morgan McGhee (BOOP! The Musical, Ain’t Too Proud, The Harder They Come), MAC Award-winner and “Crown Prince of New York Cabaret” Steve Ross (Present Laughter, I Won’t Dance), David Sabella (Chicago, The Visit, The Phillie Trilogy), MAC Award-winner KT Sullivan (Gentlemen Prefer Blondes, 3 Penny Opera, Broadway), Tony Award-nominee Jane Summerhays (A Chorus Line, Sugar Babies, Me and My Girl), Grammy Award-winner Rema Webb (Fat Ham, The Music Man, The Color Purple). The night will also include a special tribute to the 50th anniversary of A Chorus Line. Performers will be accompanied on piano by composer Carl Danielsen. +++ We wish to express our gratitude to the Performers’ Unions: Special thanks to theatrical illustrator Justin "Squigs" Robertson for creating our event artwork. +++ The Episcopal Actors' Guild (EAG) (est. 1923) provides emergency aid and support to professional performers of all faiths who are undergoing financial crisis. We are also dedicated to helping emerging artists advance their careers through scholarships, awards, and performance opportunities. For over 100 years, we have been a safety net, providing crucial services to ensure the well-being of NYC's vital community of individual performing artists. www.actorsguild.org
