FANTASY THEATRE FACTORY'S 2021-2022 SEASON - Fantasy Theatre Factory Non Equity Auditions

Fantasy Theatre Factory (FTF) is looking for energetic versatile actors of all races, ethnicities, and genders, age 18+ with strong comedic skills and physical capabilities for our Touring Theater for Young Audiences Programs.

AUDITION DATE & TIME:

• Monday, Aug 2 & Wednesday, Aug 4, 2021, from 11 am – 5 pm.

AUDITION PLACE:

• Sandrell Rivers Theater, 6103 NW 7th Ave, Miami, FL – 33127.
• Free Theater Parking in Attached Garage: 6104 NW 6th Court, Miami, FL – 33127.
• All auditions will be held in person with COVID-19 sanitization protocols, no video submissions will be accepted.

CALLBACKS:

• Monday, Aug 9, 2021

WHAT TO PREPARE:

• Please bring (2) two hard copies of recent headshots with two updated resumes.
• Prepare two (2) contrasting monologues, one comedic and one dramatic, not to exceed two (2) minutes total.
• Please wear clothing and footwear that facilitate free movement.
  

TO SCHEDULE YOUR AUDITION:

• Please complete FTF’s audition form.

PAY:

• Paid rehearsals.
• $75.00 minimum per show & up.

REHEARSALS:

• 10 - 15 days.
• Monday - Friday between 9:00 am - 6:00 pm.
• 4 hours each rehearsal.

• Oct 2021: “Little Monster Tales. Rehearsals: September 2021?.
• Nov - Dec 2021 & Mar - Apr 2022: Never Everglades. Rehearsals: October 2021.
• Jan - Feb 2022: Bananas, Books & Pancakes. Rehearsals: December 2021.
• Jan - Feb & May - Aug 2022: Heroes in My House, A Journey through African American History. Rehearsals: Nov - Dec 2021.
