The Parlour Project: Spider, Fly, and Web is a provocative autoethnography about artist Amber Dawn Bellemare's lived reality as a former sex worker, using the contributions from her patrons to fund her work as an emerging artist. An intimate embodiment of human connection and sexuality, The Parlour Project reflects Bellemare's insights about womanhood and the commodification of the feminine divine. This exhibit/live event is an opportunity for audiences to participate in her story from their own place of imagination, morality, experience and courage.

by Noelle Hannibal - July 30, 2019
Fresh from Off-JFL, in time for Montréal Pride - An outrageously devilish comedy-horror romp Having had a successful run with Off-JFL, LESBIAN SPEED DATE FROM HELL! now takes the stage for Montréal Pride Festival, bringing a queer-centric show with a cast and crew from all colours of the rainbow. It is a unique piece that has garnered attention from CBC Radio's Daybreak, CTV News, Cult MTL, and CJAD's Dan Laxer. This pertinent show, which evolved out of a need to see more female and queer driven content, sparks debate and open conversations about the future of queer content.

Created and cultivated through Second City, the premier training ground for sketch comedy, She the People has traveled from Chicago to Toronto and next week it will be hitting the scene in Montreal. Now don't be fooled into thinking this show is series of lame menstruation and boyfriend jokes. Touted as 'by women, for everyone' by creator and director Carly Heffernan, She the People touches on the issues of today, without apology, and satirizes them to the point of hilarity.

BWW Review: CABARET at Harold Greenspon Auditorium
by Noelle Hannibal - June 09, 2019
'...There was a city called Berlin in a country called Germany and it was the end of the world...' The show is both highly entertaining and brutally tragic; sadly fitting to the world we currently find ourselves living in.
