Kittery’s award-winning Threshold Stage Company presents Lucas Hnath’s “A Doll’s House, Part 2”. This contemporary Tony Award winning play is a standalone follow-up to Henrik Ibsen’s groundbreaking “A Doll’s House”. In Ibsen’s play Nora Helmer makes the shocking decision to walk out the door, leaving her husband and children, to begin a life on her own. In “A Doll’s House, Part 2”, many years have passed since Nora’s exit. Now, there’s a knock on that same door. Nora has returned. But why? And what will it mean for those she left behind?
