When a “friends with benefits” relationship unexpectedly results in the early arrival of a baby girl, Daniel must choose between being a biological parent or becoming a father. West Coast Premiere of FAT HAM and More Set For Geffen Playhouse's 2023/24 Season
April 25, 2023 Geffen Playhouse has announced the seven productions that will make up the 2023/2024 season in its Gil Cates and Audrey Skirball Kenis Theaters. The season will feature the West Coast premiere of Fat Ham, which is now playing on Broadway. Learn more about the full season lineup here!About the Theatre
Named after Geffen Playhouse founder, Gil Cates, in spring of 2010, this 512 seat performance space is large enough to accommodate musicals but usually houses contemporary and classic plays, including world premieres and second productions as well as re-imaginings of timeless works.
The Gil Cates Theater typically houses five season productions (running for five weeks or more) as well as special events including concerts, holiday productions, and play readings. This theater also houses several education and outreach performances and events each year.
