My One-Woman Show (The Search for a Truthful Moment) at Electric Lodge

Written and performed by Stefan Marks, an LA Ovation Award winner known for OPHELIA at the Odyssey Theatre and HELLO, this 60-minute solo show follows an older man who, after being kicked out of a develop-your-own-one-person-show workshop, searches for one truthful moment to finish his one woman show. The production won the 2026 StageCrafts LA Freeway Circuit Invitation Award and received nominations for the 2026 Hollywood Fringe Award for Solo Theatre and the 2026 SOHO Playhouse International Fringe Encore Series. Critics have called it one of the funniest, cleverest, and most shocking plays, with a multi-layered and dynamic performance that subverts expectations. It is part of the LA Freeway Circuit touring showcase, with stops at The Electric Lodge in Venice, Theatre 68 Arts Complex in North Hollywood, and Outside In Theater in Highland Park.
