The program includes Rachmaninoff’s Piano Concerto No. 2 and Ginastera’s Estancia, with baritone Gustavo Castillo performing. The event raised over $3.5 million to support the LA Phil and its educational initiatives, showcasing a vibrant evening filled with stellar performances and prominent attendees. Highlights included a special encore of John Philip Sousa’s “The Liberty Bell,” culminating in a celebratory confetti drop.
