Imagination Theatre Announces Auditions for GREASE & New Workshops

Imagination Theatre announces upcoming workshops, auditions, and news.

Kids' Tool Workshop this month
Monday, February 8, 6:30 - 9:00 p.m.
Saturday, February 13, 9:00 - 2:00 p.m.

Learn how to safely use hand tools and small power tools. Learn how to plan theater construction and props projects and how to measure and cut various materials. Be prepared for school shop classes, home projects, and set construction days at the theater. Minimum age is 11, adults and teens okay too.

Dracula coming this October
This past year we experienced many bumps in the road with our multi-media production of Dracula. We completed half of the film portion, but unfortunately we were rained out and could not complete the final scenes. Our desire is to bring you a quality show so the production dates are moved to October 8 through 31, 2010. This new date works really well for the show and gives us the needed time to finish the filming and production work.

Grease Auditions
Mark your calendars now. Auditions for our December 2010 production, Grease, will be held on Saturday, April 10 from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. with call backs on Sunday, April 11 from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. We are excited about this show as it celebrates Imagination Theater's tenth year bringing live theater to our community. Additional details will be available soon.

Tour "The Big Apple" with IT! in March 2011
Take a trip with Imagination Theater to New York City from March 2-7, 2011 . We will take in some Broadway shows, touring NBC studios, Radio City Music Hall , Ground Zero and much more. 2011 IT! Summer Tour to England, Wales, and Ireland
EF Tours and Lanny Langston are taking travelers from the El Dorado County area to Great Britain , July 27 to August 10 in 2011. Yes, 2011!
