Hofstra University’s Department of Drama and Dance presents Stephen Sondheim and Hugh Wheeler’s musical A Little Night Music, set in 1900 Sweden. The story revolves around actress Desirée Armfeldt and her complex relationships with lawyer Fredrik Egerman and Count Carl-Magnus Malcom, as old passions reignite at a weekend gathering. Directed by Keith Michael Pinault, with music direction by Kerry A. Prep and choreography by Meredith R. Van Scoy, the production features stunning performances and explores themes of romance and second chances.
