Smash Mouth Comes To The Crown Center 8/20

Smash Mouth will perform a Friday Night Concert at Crown Center on August 20. The show starts at 8 p.m. and is held rain or shine. Admission is $5 and all seating is general admission.

Smash Mouth's #1 songs include "Walkin' on the Sun" and "All Star." The band's debut album, "Fush Yu Mang," made it to #2 on the U.S. rock chart. Their 1999 follow-up album, "Astro Loung" went all the way to #1.

A second concert will be held on August 27. The artists for that show will be announced soon.

Those attending Friday Night Concerts are not permitted to bring alcohol or glass containers, but beer will be available for purchase, along with other concessions. Visitors are encouraged to bring blankets and/or lawn chairs for seating, as well as any food and non-alcoholic drinks. More than 60 shops and restaurants will be open at the Crown Center Shops until 9 p.m. on concert nights.
