Vladimir Jablokov & Classical Twist at Glor

Vladimir Jablokov returns for one night only. Playing pieces from his wonderful debut CD Classical Twist: The Album, Vladimir along with his peerless band of exemplary classical musicians will perform his unique, fresh hybrid of music old and new he calls Classical Twist. From Bach to Beatles, The Stones to Strauss – Vladimir’s superb virtuoso performances delighted national audiences in 2011.

Vladimir is one of the best young musical talents currently playing in Ireland. 'Classical Twist' showcases a dynamic band of Slovak and Irish musicians taking familiar pieces from the world of both the classics and rock-pop; and reworking them in into new, vibrant, exciting shapes.

On Monday 23rd April, Vladimir will hold schools workshops which will run for 90 minutes each.
