Adi Ajzenstadt

Adi Ajzenstadt

Adi Ajzenstadt is a Dublin-based professional and theatre enthusiast who brings a unique "insider" perspective to the arts world. By day, Adi serves as a Senior Sales Manager for Salesforce, where she fosters talent and helps businesses secure and develop their digital investments to drive growth. Based in Dublin since 2020, she balances her tech career with a lifelong commitment to live performance, often attending three or more productions a week.

Adi’s connection to the stage began backstage at the Israeli Opera and evolved into a specialized professional role in international musical theatre. She has worked on major global tours for productions such as Matilda, Chicago, We Will Rock You, Rocky Horror Picture Show, Porgy and Bess, Guys and Dolls, and Mamma Mia, specifically managing the translation and operation of Hebrew surtitles. This technical background, which included watching The Phantom of the Opera 32 times consecutively, gives her a granular appreciation for pacing, translation, and production precision.

A dedicated "theatre traveler," Adi attended 126 shows last year across Ireland, the UK, Europe, and Asia. Her insightful engagement with the community—including a recent viral reaction to Prima Facie at the Gaiety Theatre that was featured by the production's official social media—highlights her ability to bridge the gap between industry professional and passionate advocate. Adi is thrilled to bring her global perspective and professional expertise to the BroadwayWorld community.
