RTÉ Concert Orchestra with Sharon Shannon at Cork Opera House

Following her acclaimed appearance with the RTÉ Concert Orchestra in 2008 Sharon Shannon takes to the stage once again with an entirely new collection of music.

Sharon Shannon embarks on another musical direction with her new album featuring the RTÉ Concert Orchestra. Ninety percent of the material is newly composed while the remaining ten percent a reworking of traditional tunes. The album has been three years in the making and is due for release in March of this year.
