Alice is finally ready to tell her parents that she’s lesbian, when her partner, Fiona, says “I just want to stop trying to be a woman.”  Fiona makes the decision to start living her life authentically, as Adrian.

Adrian still wants to be with his partner but Alice begins re-questioning her sexuality.  Is she still lesbian even though her partner is really a man?  Can she even follow Adrian through the difficult journey of transition?

Rotterdam is a comedy that raises tough questions about gender, sexuality, love, and how they interact within queer relationships.
