Equity actors for roles in QUEEN by Madhuri Shekar.

Sanam Shah: Female-identifying. 29-30, Indian (from India - accented speech). An applied mathematician about to graduate from a PhD program in ecology.

Ariel Spiegel: Female-identifying. 33-34. White. A PhD ecology researcher and single mom.

Arvind Patel: Male identifying. Late 30s. Indian American. A financier from New York. A potential suitor for Sanam.

Dr. Philip Hayes: Male-identifying. Late 40s/Early 50s. White. Ariel and Sanam's supervising professor.

PREPARATION

Please prepare two contrasting, contemporary monologues totaling no more than two minutes, combined.
