Lincoln Theatre Guild Hosts Auditions For THE ROCKY HORROR SHOW 3/28

Lincoln Theatre Guild announces auditions for The Rocky Horror Show March 26th, 2010 7-9pm, March 27th, 2010 2-4 pm, and March 28th, 2010 2-4 pm. Auditions are open to any interested individual. No experience is necessary. All auditions are held at the Lincoln Cultural Center, located at the corner of East Main Street and Cedar Street, in downtown Lincolnton, NC.

Roles

We are seeking dancers, singers, musicians and a technical crew. All individuals seeking to be part of our show need to be over the age of 17. There are six male roles, three female roles, and six available chorus positions.

Audition Notes
Anyone seeking a role should have a prepared song (an accompanist will not be provided). Wear comfortable clothing and shoes for movement/dance auditions. A choreographer will teach you a short dance routine for your audition to see how you move.

Auditions generally include a cold reading from the play, so determine ahead of time which role(s) interest you. Those interested may bring a prepared monologue of their choice.
