On Monday, October 13 at 7pm, award-winning vocalist Susan Mack returns to Birdland for ‘Tis Autumn. Joining Susan on stage will be Tedd Firth (musical director/piano), David Finck (bass), Eric Halvorson (drums), and Sam Dillon (tenor sax/flute).
Susan will celebrate the magic of the fall season, breathing new life into an eclectic selection of songs: beloved jazz standards, timeless classics from the Great American Songbook, and a few contemporary surprises. Renowned for her “voice as full-bodied as honey, with impeccable pitch and delicious taste in music,” she brings her signature warmth and storytelling flair to songs by a variety of legendary composers including Michel Legrand, Dizzy Gillespie, Burt Bacharach and Stevie Wonder.
Winner of the 2025 MAC Award for Best Female Vocalist and the 2024 BroadwayWorld NYC Cabaret Award for Best Vocalist. Susan’s unique blend of jazz and cabaret is delivered with wit, heart, and sophistication. A native New Yorker with a lifelong love of music, Susan’s remarkable journey from the world of finance to the stage has captivated audiences and critics alike.
