The 8th annual "Jimmy Kimmel Live: After the Oscars" special featuring Channing Tatum and Academy Award(r) winner Jamie Foxx, which originally aired on Sunday, February 24, will have a special encore presentation on THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 28 (10:01-11:00 p.m., ET) on ABC. This year's "Jimmy Kimmel Live: After the Oscars" marked "JKL's" most-watched post-Oscar telecast in the franchise's history.
Last year, "Jimmy Kimmel Live: After the Academy Awards" premiered a trailer for "Movie: The Movie" -- the biggest, most star-studded and spectacular non-existent film the world has never seen. "Movie: The Movie" has garnered over 30 million views on Youtube alone. After a blockbuster success in Hollywood, there is only one thing to do -- cheapen it with a sequel. This year, Kimmel presented the world premiere trailer for "Movie: The Movie Twovie," starring Bradley Cooper, Jessica Chastain, Jude Law, Salma Hayek, John Krasinski, Samuel L. Jackson, Bruno Mars and many more -- even that jerk Matt Damon.Jimmy Kimmel serves as host and executive producer of Emmy Award-nominated "Jimmy Kimmel Live," the ABC Television Network's late-night talk show. Now in its tenth season, "JKL" is packed with hilarious comedy bits and features a diverse lineup of guests including celebrities, athletes, musicians, comedians and humorous human interest subjects. Every night Kimmel delivers his up-to-the minute take on the latest news and pop culture topics from the day's events in his monologue, and has recently welcomed such notables as Johnny Depp, Meryl Streep, Tom Cruise, Robert Pattinson, Katy Perry, Will Farrell, Scarlett Johansson, Channing Tatum, Charlize Theron, John Krasinski, Jennifer Garner, Jessica Biel, Justin Bieber, Jessica Simpson, Kate Beckinsale, Ben Stiller, Jonah Hill, Andy Samberg, Michelle Williams, Zac Efron, Charlie Sheen, Chris Pine, Jeremy Renner, Jada Pinkett Smith, Josh Brolin, Russell Brand, Woody Harrelson and Joseph Gordon-Levitt.
