This Property is Condemned presents a poignant tale of a 13-year-old girl navigating the precarious moments of adolescence. Directed by Festival curator David Kaplan, the production takes place on the front lawn of the Cabral House. It features Alison Fraser, a two-time Tony nominee, alongside John Higgins, who plays her devoted 14-year-old admirer, with live blues music provided by Jeff Glickman. The performance is part of the 20th Annual Provincetown Tennessee Williams Theater Festival.
