Fiona Shaw getting naked in The Testament of Mary was the most bizarre thing. I enjoyed the production as a whole, but couldn't see any reason for her to strip and plunge into the pool.
But the most unnecessary stage nudity I've ever seen was definitely in Seminar. I remember a girl exposing her breasts within the first five minutes for no reason, and then seeing Lily Rabe's ass toward the end, again for no reason. In conclusion, fvck Seminar.
Edit: I went back through this thread to see if I gushed about the nudity in Spring Awakening back in 2007, and instead found a post from two years ago bitching about the nudity in Seminar. The scars run deep.

I saw YANK! a couple of times at the York. The first time, in the locker room scene Ivan Hernandez took off his towel and turned to face Bobby Steggert, at a 90-degree angle to the audience. Those of us sitting stage right had a full view. Mr Steggert seemed a bit unnerved at having a penis a foot away from his face, but I just thought it was the character being nervous that he would give himself away if he showed any interest in the naked man standing next to him.
A few days later I was listening to the Frank Decaro show and he was talking about having seen the show with his husband Jim. Jim thought Ivan Hernandez was quite hot and was disappointed that he only saw him naked from the back. Hmmm, I thought. Did I imagine the whole thing? So I emailed Frank and told him that at the show I saw, Ivan went full-frontal. A little while later, Frank had the creators of YANK! on his show, and he asked them about the towel scene, frontal versus non-frontal. I think it was director Igor Goldin who explained the discrepancy by explaining that Ivan had 'modified' the blocking on his own (which would explain why Steggert seemed a bit surprised) and that the creative team had requested he not do that anymore.
Sure enough, the next time I saw the show, we just got to see Ivan's (lovely) butt, not the front view. And, for those still reading, it was a very nice penis, one of the 'Oh-yes-I-have-one-of-those-at-home' variety, not the 'Oh-my-God-get-that-thing-away-from-me!' variety.

Depends on what you consider naked LMAO. If you just mean full frontal, I've seen Jin Ha in M. Butterfly, the actress playing the Gorilla in Cabaret at Signature (it was a very unique production) and Steffanie Leigh in Passion at Signature (with a very anachronistic "hair style").
If you mean topless I've seen Hani Furstenberg in Cabaret on Broadway, Sandra Mae Frank in Deaf West Spring Awakening, and Clea Alsip in M. Butterfly.
If you're just talking about asses I've seen Alan Cumming in Cabaret (with the swastika), Austin McKenzie in Deaf West Spring Awakening, a male ensemble member in Cabaret at Signature, and Claybourne Elder in Passion at Signature.

Clea Alsip also went topless as Amanda Seyfrid’s understudy in The Way We Get By.
Gayle Rankin originated the part in Cabaret and then went Full Monty in the Mystery of Love and Sex. Her costar (forget his name) also did in Act 2.
Midori Francis is naked in a couple of scenes in Usual Girls. Nudity aside, this performance shouldn’t be missed.
Her Wolves cohort Susannah Perkins was naked in The Rape of the Sabine Women. Interestingly, she was there supporting Midori the night I saw the show. (She won’t have time now that she’s in Network).
