Miss Saigon. It stays with, haunts, and becomes part of me. I would never forget the first time I heard Kim singing Dju Vui Vai in her confrontation with Thuy and it hit me so deep.

Absolutely Miss Saigon.
The way it is written is very haunting and the singing never feels out of place or musical-parody, as in most other shows.

Why not My Fair Lady? It is, in my opinion, a great piece of theater and a near-perfect musical.
Other great musicals: Sweeney Todd, Carousel, Chicago, Gypsy, Follies, Guys and Dolls
