For the first time ever using TDF, the box office asked for my ID at Come From Away. Did this happen to anyone else?

The Schoenfeld and the Jacobs are the only theaters that asks every time for ID.
I've also been asked at the Lyceum and the Broadway.

I’ve had it happen once or twice. They are supposed to ask for if but almost never do.

It's hit or miss. I got asked by City Center Encores recently. More often than not I do not get asked. Sometimes I'm late getting to the theatre and have my husband pick up the tickets. On a rare occasion he has show them the credit card or the email from TDF otherwise I usually pick them up.

You don't ever have to show a credit card with a TDF purchase though, right? Only the printout and the possibility of ID in the name of the member?

There are a few more shows than usual available on TDF tonight. Surely it's weather related.

No, you don't have to show the credit card. You don't even have to show a printout.

I've never been asked for a print-out. It's on my phone if they ask for it, though.

They're gone already. They must not have had many available.

I still haven’t received my refund after Three Tall Women got cancelled last week. Anyone else in the same boat?
Has anyone else noticed that there will be a performance listed with no stars next to it indicating limited availability, but when you try to add a ticket it will bring you to a page that says no tickets available? I check TDF many times throughout the day, and this has been happening a lot lately.

in my experience if you refresh for the page every 30 seconds or so tickets will appear in your cart.

Thanks for sharing this. I've had that problem a lot, but tonight I was able to work around it for Carousel tickets. I appreciated the tip.

I still keep getting that "Your order could not be processed! There are not enough tickets available to fulfill your order. Please select an alternate performance." on pretty much any show I try. I tried refreshing, but no luck.

I literally refreshed for about an hour before it finally worked. It does seem like something that they need to fix.

Carousel tickets tonight - Rear Orchestra, aisle seat of center section.
I have been having so many problems with the TDF website recently. As I stated earlier in this thread, there will be a performance listed, but when you try to add a ticket it will bring you to a page that says no tickets available. This happens for multiple shows. I emailed them about this and they said nothing is wrong on their end and that people just have the seats in their cart. If this is the case, then people have been holding seats for Three Tall Women in their cart all day. I don't know if they just aren't updating their site enough or what.
I’ve been trying to log into TDF and keep getting pushed to their home screen. I’ve never had a problem before and now all of a sudden being told my browser isn’t accepting cookies, which it is. I think they’re having problems with their website.
