Sutton and Hunter Foster were in Grease on Broadway together back in the 90s. She was Sandy and I believe he was Roger and a Danny understudy. I’ve heard Sutton tell a story of how one night the Danny called out and they were asked if they would be fine going on together as the romantic leads. They understandably said hell to the no.
Brian Stokes Mitchell's wife, Allyson Tucker, was in the ensemble of Man of La Mancha when he played Cervantes/Don Quixote.
Doug Henning's (Merlin in Merlin) wife, Debbie, was in the ensemble of that show.
Barnard Hughes and his wife, Helen Stenborg, appeared together in Waiting in the Wings. A semi-related topic regarding this show is at the 2000 Tonys, Rosemary Harris was nominated for her performance as lead actress in a play for this show, whereas her daughter, Jennifer Ehle, was nominated in the same category for her performance in the first revival of The Real Thing. Ehle beat out her mom.
In an Off-Broadway production of Long Day's Journey... at Irish Rep, Frances Sternhagen's actual son, Tony Carlin, also played her son in the play, he being Jamie Tyrone to her Mary Tyrone.
Although I did not see them, there is famous married duo of Alfred Lunt and Lynn Fontanne appearing together in many productions, and siblings Fred and Adele Astaire performed together as well.

Doesn’t the union have a restriction of a relative or spouse reporting to another? (I assume an ASM reports to the PSM.) Most companies outside the arts have policies like this.
It never actually happened tragically, but the 2009 revival of A Little Night Music was supposed to be Vanessa Redgrave and Natasha Richardson. Which would have been just incredible.

That was Beautiful, not Waitress. I remember seeing the Mueller girls in the chorus of Oliver together at Marriott Lincolnshire Theatre in Illinois. I think their father may have also been in that production. They also appeared as Adelaide and Sarah in Guys and Dolls there together.

Was thinking of this--also saw Sutton and Hunter AND Christian Borle AND Jennifer Cody (Hunter's wife) all in a fun concert performance of Snoopy! back in 2004. Also saw Hunter and Jennifer together in Grease and in Urinetown too I think. And Sutton and Christian together in Thoroughly Modern Millie. And of course on Younger and in the GIlmore Girls revival. And Sutton and Hunter on Bunheads.

I wonder why they cast the show that way knowing it was possible a brother and sister could play a romantic couple?
I wonder if they didn't overlap for very long, so the producers didn't think of it too seriously? I think they overlapped by only a week in Les Miz so it wasn't an issue. (He understudied Marius and she understudied Eponine.)

What about Adam and Arielle Jacobs in Aladdin? Not sure if that technically counts since I don't think they ever appeared in the same company at the same time (a la Sutton and Hunter in Grease)

You're thinking of Carole King in Beautiful. Jessie originated the role on broadway, but Abby originated the track on tour and eventually did a stint on broadway."
And Abby's twin Matt is in Harry Potter and the Cursed Child
Austin Colby and Caroline Bowman are married and on the Frozen tour. They actually drive from city to city due to their large dog.
Adam Jacobs was original Aladdin and his sister Arielle Jacobs is current Jasmine
Rob Marnell and Laurel Harris are married and were in Beautiful at the same time. Now she's in Jagged Little Pill and he's in Tina.
Jeff Kready and Nikki Renee Daniels
Steve Pasquale and Philippa Soo
Kerry Washington and Nnamdi Asomugha. I think he was doing an Off-Broadway play while she was doing American Son.
Kim Crosby and Robert Westenberg met each other when they starred as the original Cinderella and Cinderella’s Prince in Into the Woods, later marrying and staying together to this day.
Another example of a couple meeting through a show is Anthony Ramos and Jasmine Cephas Jones in Hamilton. I believe they’re currently engaged.

Yes and no, they didn't on Broadway but Natasha and Vanessa played Desirée and Madam A. in the 2009 benefit concert, whose rich cast also included Victor Garber, Steven Pasquale, Christine Baranski and Benjamin Walker. A rumor says that the producers wanted another mother-daughter pair for Broadway, Blythe Danner and Gwyneth Paltrow, but the latter declined.
Another example is Kevin Grey and wife Dodie Pettit, who performed as Phantom & Christine in POTO. Lois Hunt and Earl Wrightson performed together in many many shows, including playing the leads in A Little Night Music and Kiss Me Kate. They never married, but they were partners for several decades.
Also, Imelda Staunton and Jim Carter met when they were in the cast of Guys and Dolls and by the time they played Dorothy and the Lion in the RSC's Wizard of Oz they were married
When I saw The Wedding Singer on tour, the people playing Robbie and Julia were husband and wife. I had to look it up but their names were J. Michael Zygo and Jillian Zygo.
