The Beggar was recorded and mixed at Candy Bomber Studio, Berlin, engineered by Ingo Krauss and mastered by Doug Henderson at Micro-Moose, Berlin. The album was written and produced by Michael Gira and features contributions from recent and former Swans, members of Angels of Light, as well as Guest Swan Ben Frost.

Santa Chiara has signed to the indie label, Kill Rock Stars. Santa Chiara is the solo project of Italian musician, Chiara D’Anzieri, who moved to the United States in January 2020. Santa Chiara plays most of the instruments on “Peach Tree” herself, with guests Ron Gallo, Dominic Billett (Courtney Marie Andrews, Julia Jacklin, Faye Webster).

Minor Holidays is a band from San Francisco, CA defined by the simple idea that playing music is an act of celebration. Singer/guitarist Sam Robertson’s songs read like short stories. Using different lenses, Robertson attempts to untangle the ways in which we engage with the past as our lived experiences evolve.
