MacTheatre Presents Titanic The Musical Feb. 25 - Mar. 6, 2016
MacTheatre proudly presents a cast of 60 thespians in the epic musical Titanic, the 1997 Tony Award winner for Best Musical.
Not to be confused with the blockbuster film, Titanic the musical follows characters named for actual passengers and crew members in a story unconnected with the tale of Jack and Rose of movie fame. The show touches on the early 20th century’s rigid social structure, immigration, and the previously unchecked notion of industrial progress at all costs.
MacTheatre’s productions are known for their professionalism, technical presentation and entertainment value. All shows will be in the McCallum Arts Center at 5600 Sunshine Dr. in central Austin.
